I would like to start by introducing you to my grandma (in the photos to the left with me). Her name is Joan. She is the sweetest, most kind person I have ever came in contact with in my life. She has shown me so much since I was born and taught me to always be a lady and treat everyone with respect. During my elementary, middle, & high school days she always kept my life adventurous and exciting (she still does). I would always be sitting in my class and hear over the loud speaker my name to come down to the office to leave for the day to go home for a "doctors appointment". Whenever I arrived to the front office my grandma would be sitting there waiting for me with a grin on her face, with her cute little pocket book, & big drink cup in hand. After seeing her I knew we weren't going to any doctor's office, we were on our way for another adventure! From the rapids, to the beach, to just getting ice cream and driving around she always found a way to get me out of school early to have another adventure with her. I loved it. If you haven't met my grandma, I would like to first tell you she is a beautiful artist & an amazing person. She has always inspired me to let out my creative side & to always become a better person. Thank you grandma for always being there for me and by my side! I will never have a bond with anyone else like the bond my grandma and I have. If you know who my grandma is you are a very lucky person. XO Ashley |
